IMPROVE YOUR MEMORY WITH OMEGA-3

A study published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease on Feb 10, 2016 showed that a previously reported double-blind trial involving healthy men and women between the ages of 50 and 80 years old, who received 2,200 mg per day of omega-3 fatty acids or a placebo, improved 13.2% versus 3.5% of the placebo group with a better memory.
