2. It reduces stress. Proper rest decreases cortisol (stress hormone) levels.

3. It’s healthier Proper rest helps you to lose weight. Keeping cool during sleep speeds your body’s metabolism.

ANTIBACTERIAL SOAPS CONTAINING TRICLOSAN, TRICLOCARBAN AND 19 OTHER BACTERICIDES ARE USELESS.

Triclosan was banned by the FDA in 2016, but substitute chemicals have taken it’s place. Read the label of the products you are buying, if you can’t pronounce the chemical name or have never heard of them, don’t buy them.
These chemicals can lead to birth defects and cancer. Also the overuse of these synthetic chemicals causes the bacteria to mutate and develop resistant strains, making them more infectious.
Wash with good old soap and water for best results.

NEW PRESCRIPTION DRUGS CAN HAVE SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS

The Los Angeles Times reports that nearly one-third of drugs cleared by the FDA are later flagged for serious safety issues. In a review of 232 drugs approved by the FDA, researchers found that 71 of them were later flagged for safety issues that resulted in a recall, a health risk alert or a new box label about life threatening health risks.
Most drugs are tested on fewer than 1000 people, who are studied for 6 months or less. Unfortunately side effects or complications are more likely to develop in a more diverse population of takers over a longer period of time.
My advise is check with your physician or pharmacist about the length of time the drug they are prescribing and dispensing has been on the market. See if an older drug that has the same benefits is available.

Alzheimer’s. kidney and liver disease.
Replacing red meat with fish and poultry decreased the risk by 25% from meat caused diseases.
My father was in the meat business when I grew up. I stopped eating red meat about 40 years ago. I’m not a vegetarian, I do eat poultry and fish.
