Diet Is Key to Your Weight Loss

Researchers at Loyola University in Chicago found that healthy eating habits are more important than exercise for long term weight loss. Their results were reported in LiveSceience.com. 2000 adults from five countries who did 2 1/2 hours of moderate exercise weekly, actually put on more pounds over two years than those more sedentary.
