BRAIN BERRIES (BLUEBERRIES) IMPROVE BRAIN FUNCTION IN OLDER PEOPLE

A study published in the Journal Applied Physiological Nutritional Metabolism in July 2017, researchers from the University of Exter in England, showed subjects given dark blueberry juice once daily, had a significant increase in their brain’s activity compared to the ones who took a placebo.
I eat blueberries often in whole grain cereals, greek yogurt and by themselves in a bowl.
