HOW SWEET IT ISN’T

A study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal showed that artificial sweetener can actually cause weight gain and other health-related problems.
People who consume the most artificial sweeteners may also eat more processed food, which can lead to obesity or heart disease.
Artificial sweeteners can interfere with your gut bacteria which are crucial for the absorption of nutrients.
Regular eating or drinking sugar substitutes can cause people to crave sweeter foods more often.
If you must sweeten your food or drinks, try using Stevia, a natural sweetener. Make sure it is pure Stevia, not the processed type.
