LACK OF VITAMIN D LEADS TO A GROUP OF RISK FACTORS.

A study published in the Journal Front Physiology in November 2106, showed that a lack of Vitamin D3 played a central role in the development of risk factors that increases your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
I take a supplement of 5000 iu of Vitamin D3 (the natural type) daily. Check with your health practitioner for the amount you need.
