MORE FAT, FEWER CARBS, LIVE LONGER

Researchers led by a team at McMasters University in Ontario, Canada studied health data from 135,00 people in 18 different countries. They found that the people who ate the most carbohydrates-deriving 77% of total daily calories-had an almost 30% higher risk of early death than those who eat less.
People who eat 35% of their daily calories from fat, had a 23% lower risk of dying early.
My advise is to eat a moderate amount of carbohydrates and fats in your diet for a better longevity.
